PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT when updating through Wilcity Service

Wilcity Service Old Version

  1. Click on Plugins from the admin sidebar, search for Wilcity Service
  2. If it’s 1.1.3, please de-activate this plugin -> then delete it
  3. Go to https://github.com/wilokecom/wilcityservice-client.git => Re-download it => Finally, re-install this plugin

Server Disk Space Issue

Please log into your cPanel -> Make sure that your Disk Space Usage is not exceeded.

If it’s fully, please delete all unnecessary plugins / themes or upgrade to higher plan

CURL and ZipArchive Issue

Make sure that your hosting is supported curl extension and ziparchive extension.

  1. You can download https://documentation.wilcity.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/wilcityservice-hosting-validation.zip -> Then log into your site -> Plugins -> Install this plugin
  2. After activating it, you will see Wilcity Service Hosting Validation on the sidebar, click on it. You can check curl and ziparchive status there
