Managing Withdrawal Requests

There are 2 payment withdrawal options (Paypal, Bank Transfer) is available in Dokan To set the payment option, navigate to WP-AdminDokanSettingsSelling Options→ Withdraw Methods

Then select your desired withdraw method…

Withdraw Limit

To set the Withdraw Limit, Navigate to WP-AdminDokanSettings→Selling Options→ Withdraw Limit

Then put your desired amount.

Pending Requests

To see the pending withdraw request you need to Navigate  WP-AdminDokanWithdraw

You can easily change the status of the Request by selecting an option from drop-down list

PayPal Mass Payment

Mass Payments lets you send multiple payments in one batch. It’s a fast and convenient way to send commissions. You must have explicit permission from PayPal to use Mass Payments. You submit the payment information to PayPal in the form of a payment file. PayPal processes each payment and notifies you when it is complete.

You can easily download Paypal mass payment file, to get the file Navigate to  WP-AdminDokanWithdraw then select some withdraw the request and select “Download Paypal mass payment file ” option from drop-down list

Canceling Requests

To Cancel the withdraw request you need to Navigate  WP-AdminDokanWithdraw

Then select the withdraw request and select ” Mark as Cancelled ” option from drop down list

Email Notification

Dokan uses WooCommerce’s built-in email notification system. Three type of email notification is available for withdrawal request.

  1. Dokan New Withdrawal Request: Emails sent to the recipient(s) when a vendor sends withdraw a request
  2. Dokan Withdraw Approved: Emails sent when vendor withdraw request is approved by admin.
  3. Dokan Withdraw canceled: Sent when vendor withdraw request is denied.

To access these email notifications you need to go to


Here you will find Dokan New Withdrawal Request, Dokan Withdraw Approved, Dokan Withdraw canceled email templates and option to configure them. You can click on them or click on the customize icon.

After clicking on anyone you will see options to customize it to your liking. You can change email subject, email heading etc. You can even view the template file, copy it your current theme. After customizing, you need hit Save Changes.

There is an option to choose the email type you want to send to the recipient. You can choose

  1. Plain text
  2. HTML format
  3. Multipart

After selecting any you will get the option to directly copy the email template to your current theme which will override it or you can view the template and choose to edit it yourself.

After confirming, you need to click on the Save changes button.
