Why do you get this issue?
In Wilcity, An account will be synced to 2 places: Firebase Database and WordPress database. As we mentioned on Notification Settings -> Step 4, You need to enable Enable Email in Firebase Authentication, because you still not do that, so when changing password of an account via Website, it won’t update the new password to Firebase Database. And when re-login to the website again, it causes this issue.
How Can I solve this issue?
- Please follow Notification Settings -> Complete all instructions here
- Click on Authentication from Firebase Sidebar -> Users
- Search for the account that is facing this issue -> Delete it
- Re-login to your account via Website again
