Step 1:

Log into your site -> Click on Loco

Step 2:

If you want to backup Theme Translation, click on Themes. Otherwise, click on Plugins

Step 3:

Search for plugin / theme you want to back up

Step 4:

Download .po file and .mo file

Step 5:

After updating plugin, if your translation does not show up, You can upload these file to translation folder
