To resolve this issue, please try to do these following ways:

Make sure that your site is using GMT timezone instead of UTC Timezone

Under Settings -> General -> Make sure that your site is using GMT timezone.

If your site is using UTC timezone, please set to UTC instead of UTC+0

Make sure that your database is using Inno DB

1. Log into your site
2. Click on Plugins -> Plugin Editor
3. Select Plugin to Edit: Wiloke Listing Tools
4. Navigate to app -> AlterTable -> TableExists.php
5. Now, modify code looks like the screenshot
6. Click Update button
7. Refresh website
8. Finally, remove the code that you added at step 5 and click Update
